    for employment contracts – on the following grounds:

    – the consent given by you (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR) to the processing of your personal data that goes beyond the catalogue provided for in the Labour Code,

    Your personal data may be processed for the purposes of future recruitment processes if you have given a separate consent to such processing pursuant to Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR.

    2. Your personal data will not be transferred to any third countries, that is outside the European Economic Area.

    – until the completion of the recruitment process

    – if you give your consent to future recruitment processes – for the purposes of completing further recruitment processes until the withdrawal of the consent, but not longer than 6 months.

    2. Your personal data will not be transferred to any third countries, that is outside the European Economic Area.
    3. Your personal data will be processed for the maximum of 30 days unless you approve the offer and order the translating/interpreting services, in which case your personal data will be processed throughout the performance of the contract and then until the legal claims arising therefrom become statute-barred. The data from the financial documents will be processed throughout the time arising from the provisions of the accounting law.
    4. You have the right of access to the content of your data, and the right to its rectification, right to restriction of processing, right to erasure, and right to object to processing.
    5. The delivery of your personal data by you is voluntary but necessary to conclude and perform a contract.
    6. You are entitled to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa) if you decide that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the law.

The data from the financial documents will be processed throughout the time arising from the provisions of the accounting law. The data collected in connection with the performance of certified translating/interpreting services will be stored for 4 years from the end of a calendar year in which the data has been collected.
    10. You have the right of access to the content of your data, and the right to its rectification, right to restriction of processing, right to erasure, and right to object to processing.
    11. Your personal data has been obtained in the following manner:

    – when you are a person representing a company/partnership: from the entity in which you hold the office of a member of corporate bodies of legal persons and from the entry into the National Court Register,

    – when you are a person assigned by the entity for contact purposes: from the entity in which you perform this function under the performed contract.
